EUROPE: Free Shipping - Delivery 3/4 business days

EXTRA-EUROPE: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout - Delivery 4/7 days

Orders placed from Extra-Eu countries are subject to the payment of customs duties and taxes. This costs are collected at the time of delivery and they are exclusive responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the total price at the moment of checkout. Since they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country, they are beyond our control.

Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Duty Fees will not be refunded on returns for this shipping method.

Delivery takes place approximately within 3/5 working days from the date of the order confirmation in Europe, 1/3 working days in Italy.

You can check the status of your shipment directly from the courier's website, thanks to the references we will send you via e-mail together with the notification of the shipment.

After a few failed delivery attempts, the goods remain in storage and will be collected at the courier's depot.
